Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop clear product requirements for AI-powered People workflows through user research, process mapping, and identifying where AI can have the greatest impact.
  • •Design and build AI tools—agents, automations, and knowledge retrieval systems—to scale how People expertise is delivered.
  • •Translate HR policies, playbooks, frameworks, and org context into AI-ready knowledge formats.
  • •Partner with People Data Science and Engineering on data integrations (Workday, data warehouse, surveys, and internal sources).
  • •Define safety and governance guardrails (human escalation, privacy, and privacy/accuracy standards) and own adoption, manager training, feedback loops, and success metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 134,100 - 163,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in product management, HR technology, people analytics, digital transformation, or a related field building and shipping tools people use.
  • •Ability to build from idea to production using AI-assisted tools (coding/prototyping environments and agentic platforms).
  • •Strong understanding of HR functions and the employee lifecycle to choose high-value problems and earn trust with solutions.
  • •Familiarity with data flows from source systems (HRIS, data warehouse, surveys) into user-facing products.
  • •Track record delivering in ambiguous environments by partnering closely with senior stakeholders on direction and priorities.
