Key Responsibilities

  • •Support CIO and Technology executives with administrative and executive support tasks in a timely, high-performance manner
  • •Review incoming mail/email, prioritize and summarize content, and process replies on own initiative or from executives’ notes
  • •Manage and monitor executives’ calendars, anticipate conflicts, and communicate changes to relevant parties
  • •Plan travel logistics (domestic and international), including itineraries, agendas, backup materials, and expense reports
  • •Schedule and coordinate meetings and executive events, reserve meeting space, ensure appropriate equipment/materials, and coordinate hospitality services as needed
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 65,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant and a college degree
  • •Ability to manage highly sensitive, confidential information with discretion
  • •Extensive experience managing complex, fluid executive calendars
  • •Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • •Excellent written, editing, and verbal communication skills, including diplomacy and relationship management
