Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end budget processes for the Product Partnerships team with Finance, refining SOPs for operational effectiveness.
•Submit and track budgets across partners to ensure compliance with internal budget guidelines and resource allocation split.
•Collaborate with Business Development teams to ensure operational feasibility of new partner onboardings.
•Manage partner lead lifecycle management by ensuring leads are accurately captured and tracked in the system.
•Track progress and outcomes of global partnerships programs across verticals such as Messaging and Commerce.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in Partnership Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in technology, SaaS, or digital advertising.
•Direct experience tracking operational expenditure and vendor reconciliation, and justifying spending to Finance and Procurement.
•Experience analyzing large volumes of data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and support accurate partner resource allocation.
•Strong project management and communication skills with a track record coordinating internal and external stakeholders across teams.
