Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop smart manufacturing and AI solutions for advanced factory scheduling, optimization, and simulation.
  • •Build data analytics and applications that provide insights and drive actions for management and manufacturing teams.
  • •Explore new concepts and technologies and apply them to Micron to deliver breakthrough solutions.
  • •Partner with management, departments, and global manufacturing sites to identify optimization opportunities and improve production metrics.
  • •Lead global collaboration, alignment, and benchmarking of scheduling and simulation solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Proficiency in C#, Python, and SQL, with experience using Snowflake, Visual Studio, Tableau, Git, and Azure DevOps.
  • •Strong knowledge and experience in optimization (preferred).
  • •Experience with machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning (preferred).
  • •Direct experience with factory scheduling, simulation, and application development (preferred).
