Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, test, optimize, cutover, and document communication systems that meet or exceed customer specifications.
  • •Perform remote and onsite configuration of network, server, RF, and database components, generating as-configured documentation and baseline reports.
  • •Oversee onsite installation of network, server, and RF equipment using system design drawings and product documentation, providing as-built information for final documentation.
  • •Troubleshoot onsite and remote networks, servers, databases, and RF infrastructure; conduct preventative maintenance and trend analysis to prevent faults.
  • •Execute product and system test plans for acceptance testing, correct deficiencies, and provide accepted test results; optimize RF infrastructure using FCC license data and design parameters.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in LMR, RF Systems, Radio Communications, Radio Frequency, Wired/Wireless Communication Systems, Military, Motorola equipment, IT Systems, Telecommunications, Public Safety, Engineering or Networking equipment.
  • •Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
  • •Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • •Willingness to travel extensively (>75%).
