•Lead the architecture and long-term technical roadmap, transitioning legacy systems into a modern, distributed microservices architecture at global scale.
•Use AI coding assistants to automate boilerplate, generate tests, and accelerate prototyping to boost team velocity.
•Drive technical excellence across multiple teams with decisions balancing feature velocity and reliability/security.
•Partner with Product Managers to translate global regulations into elegant, developer-first APIs and workflows.
•Mentor and uplift senior engineers, fostering ownership and a culture of learning while guiding AI-generated logic with security and quality.

•12+ years of experience designing and developing highly available, high scale, secure, mission-critical cloud native enterprise distributed systems.
•Expert Proficiency in Java or Go, with deep knowledge of AWS ecosystems (Lambda, EKS, DynamoDB, Kafka).
•Architectural Mastery with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS preferred), microservices patterns, and highly resilient systems.
•AI-Native Workflow experience showing use of AI tools to accelerate software delivery.
•API Excellence with high-volume public-facing APIs and developer experience improvements.
