Project Specialist

Coordinate and oversee Facilities construction projects under the Facilities Manager, including planning, resourcing, contractor supervision, and ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Manage Facilities SOPs and support audit preparation with post-audit documentation. Assist with CAD design and space planning while defining project goals, scope, tasks, milestones, and resources. Estimate costs, set budgets, identify quality requirements, and establish project communication plans.
