Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate weighbridge equipment to accurately weigh incoming raw materials, bulk shipments, and outgoing vehicles.
  • •Verify incoming delivery orders, weighbridge slips, supplier documentation, and physical goods against purchase orders.
  • •Execute accurate SAP Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) postings and promptly resolve system errors and quantity mismatches.
  • •Perform stock takes, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations against SAP records; monitor storage and follow FIFO.
  • •Maintain EHS compliance, clean and safe workplace standards, and archive records (weighbridge tickets, DOs, GRNs) for audit compliance.

Salary: MYR 1,800 - 3,300 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse/storekeeping operations and weighbridge management.
  • •Hands-on proficiency with SAP (MM/WM modules) is strictly required.
  • •Strong knowledge of inventory management, receiving procedures, and GRN processing.
  • •Computer literate, particularly MS Office and Excel.
  • •Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
