Key Responsibilities

•Act as the lead engineer for developing agent frameworks natively on Windows, building a roadmap for always-on, self-evolving AI assistants for GeForce RTX PCs and laptops.
•Optimize Windows agent runtimes and ensure agents operate within policy-based privacy and security frameworks (filesystem access, secure inference routing, network egress).
•Partner with internal AI research teams, driver teams, and the OpenClaw open-source community to deliver an excellent ecosystem for consumer autonomous agents.
•Establish guidelines for AI agent deployment and write reliable, production-ready code.
•Mentor other engineers and foster a collaborative engineering culture for secure and efficient local agent execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,000 - 287,500 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of relevant professional software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a Staff or Lead Architect role.
•BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
•Deep understanding of Windows OS internals, process isolation, sandboxing technologies, and system-level security architecture.
•Experience with LLM inference pipelines (Ollama, Llama.cpp, vLLM), GPU-accelerated computing (CUDA, TensorRT), and running local models on consumer hardware.
•Proficiency with C++ and Python, plus experience with virtualization/containerization or robust sandboxing tools for Windows.
