Job Summary

Own sales and marketing execution for key national chain accounts in Constellation’s Beer Division. Plan and coordinate annual business plans, develop and implement national sales programs, and create off-premise promotional programs that drive distribution and volume. Partner with field sales, distributors, and internal teams to communicate results, meet national priorities, manage ROI and budgets, and deliver professional business reviews and sales presentations while uncovering growth opportunities.

•Sell new and expanded distribution of Constellation national accounts beer brands to multi-unit regional and franchise chain accounts.
•Develop, sell, and implement custom promotional programs for off-premise accounts.
•Coordinate execution by communicating sales results to Constellation field sales and distributor networks.
•Manage account plans and retail budgets to maximize sales goals and ensure ROI.
•Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations for account business reviews and sales calls, uncovering opportunities to grow volume.

•Ability to gather and use customer feedback to identify customer and market needs and challenges.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated analytical ability and proficiency using business tools and software for sales presentations and reporting.
