Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspire and lead a team of engineers to manage quality, on-time delivery, cost, milestones, engineering processes, and productivity and innovation projects.
  • •Provide technical support to cross-functional teams including manufacturing engineering, suppliers, quality, and operations across their deliverables.
  • •Coordinate projects with partners and cross-functional managers, ensuring high-quality engineering design deliverables.
  • •Perform design reviews and mentor design engineers.
  • •Manage a large team of engineers including annual objectives, performance, growth and development, global projects, and training.

Key Requirements

  • •13+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years of people management experience.
  • •Hands-on engineering design experience for NPD, VAVE, design automation, productivity, and QNR projects.
  • •Hands-on experience with product design software such as Creo and SolidWorks.
  • •Experience with PLM processes and tools such as Windchill.
  • •Working knowledge of mechanical engineering design concepts including MBD (model-based definition) and PMI, plus advanced areas like AI-driven generative design and IoT-driven design.
