Key Responsibilities

  • •Screen and onboard European creators based on business goals, and support creator education and inspiration sharing.
  • •Communicate with creators daily to understand template-creation pain points, summarize common problems, and develop solutions.
  • •Brainstorm template ideas for festival nodes and new product features and share inspirations with creators, following creation progress.
  • •Collect global and regional trending topics daily to help teams produce more EU-market content.
  • •Support CapCut’s EU growth by connecting data-driven insights, cultural trends, and creator empowerment to improve engagement and revenue.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • •Commit to working for 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
  • •Proficiency in English and German to communicate effectively with EU/DE stakeholders and clients.
  • •Solid video-editing capabilities on PC or mobile platforms.
  • •Deep familiarity with major social media platforms and European/German internet culture is preferred.
