Job Summary

Join Anduril’s Demand & Supply Planning team as an S&OP Planning Analyst to own material flow across the value chain, forecast demand, and drive inventory optimization. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development to align forecasts with demand, maintain ERP-driven processes, and lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines in a fast-paced hardware environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines.
•Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
•Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines.
•Work with Business Development and Growth teams to align forecasts with actual demand plans.
•Report on and analyze supply and material health to inform key decisions for Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field
•3+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
•Complete ownership of a complex value chain coordinating between multiple departments
•Technical expertise including ability to read technical documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes
•Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce
