Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the full implementation lifecycle for complex enterprise customers from planning and design through configuration, testing, launch, and hypercare.
  • •Establish and manage project governance including project plans, schedules, critical paths, and RAID logs to keep milestones on track.
  • •Coordinate and align cross-functional enterprise teams (customer champions, system administrators, business leads, and third-party implementation partners).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years leading enterprise-wide (ideally global) software deployments as a traditional Project Manager, ERP Project Manager, or PMO Lead.
  • •Deep understanding of large-scale enterprise financial, ERP, or P2P implementations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Oracle EBS, Coupa).
  • •Proven track record using rigorous project management methodologies, corporate governance, change control, and risk-mitigation strategies.
  • •Exceptional client-facing executive presence with the ability to influence decisions, push back constructively, and manage stakeholders.
  • •Experience managing testing (SIT/UAT), data migration planning, cutover coordination, and post-launch hypercare stabilization; PMP or Prince2 preferred.
