Manage a 24-hour operational dark store on-site, coordinating both warehouse activities and virtual collaboration with the team. Oversee end-to-end warehouse processes, ensure performance against SLAs and KPIs, and drive operational improvements. Lead warehouse resource scheduling, stock accuracy (including stock takes and expiry records), order dispatch with high accuracy, and compliance with workplace safety and health procedures. Coordinate maintenance escalations and manage relationships with external stakeholders including suppliers and riders.
