Value Creation Director

Lead high-impact value creation engagements for private equity, PE-backed companies, hedge funds, and investment banking clients. Establish and advance the Value Creation practice through thought leadership, growth strategies, and client-centric execution. Oversee multiple engagements with hands-on delivery leadership while managing client relationships, originating new opportunities, developing proposals and budgets, and mentoring junior team members. Partner closely with Managing Directors to drive measurable strategic growth.
