Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Partner with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates & budgets, work plan schedules & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Conduct standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend pre-qualified project delivery resources.
  • •Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements, ensuring project data integrity and coordination.
  • •Direct the project delivery team, create action plans to meet objectives/budget/schedule, track progress/variances, and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Ability to exercise judgment using analysis of multiple information sources.
  • •Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset and sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations.
  • •Preferred: LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations; willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
