Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic oversight and day-to-day execution of safety programs across the fulfillment center.
  • •Conduct walk-throughs, lead incident investigations, and ensure corrective and preventative actions are completed.

  • •Support onboarding safety training completion and ensure preparedness before associates’ first shift on the floor.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of safety or EHS experience, ideally in a production, warehouse, distribution center, or e-fulfillment environment.
  • •Formal or extensive regulatory experience, including responsibility for OSHA logs, complaints, and onsite support.
  • •Experience supporting multi-shift operations, including night or weekend shifts.
  • •Hands-on experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
  • •Ability to independently own and execute integrated safety programs without Safety Supervisor support, with strong influence and cooperation.
