Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver lessons that inspire students and support best possible outcomes.
  • •Plan, organize classroom resources, and create an engaging learning environment aligned to curriculum requirements.
  • •Assess and track student progress, using school assessments and Target Tracker to inform planning and intervention.
  • •Manage classroom behavior effectively following the school’s behavior policy and act decisively when needed.
  • •Collaborate with colleagues and support staff, communicate with parents/caretakers via school systems, and participate in school events and weekly ECA each term.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
  • •1–2 years teaching experience.
  • •Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.
  • •Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child with a high level of professionalism and child wellbeing focus.
  • •A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check (or police check).
