Join the CEO Office to help turn CEO priorities into execution for BJAK’s AI Neobank app expansion. Drive initiatives end-to-end across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and country teams—translating problems into actions, tracking OKRs and blockers, and coordinating licensing, hiring, partnerships, and market launch. Produce clear briefs, updates, research notes, and follow-ups, and push teams to close execution gaps.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution across teams
•Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across cross-functional groups
•Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects
•Prepare briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers
•Identify execution gaps and take ownership of urgent cross-department business problems

Key Requirements

•High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline
•Clear writer and structured thinker with strong follow-through on commitments
•Comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
•Able to handle ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities with strong judgment on what needs escalation
•Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments (advantage)
