Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all aspects of the executive search lifecycle, including market intelligence, sourcing, candidate cultivation, client management, offer negotiations, and executive onboarding.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor on market and industry trends and internal shifts impacting hiring demands.
  • •Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies, conduct proactive market research, and drive referrals in competitive talent areas.
  • •Integrate primary research, internal data, secondary sources, and marketplace intelligence to inform business decisions using data and analytics.
  • •Influence and educate stakeholders and interviewers, ensuring a consistent recruiting process and managing candidate and client expectations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,500 - 202,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
  • •At least 5 years of recruiting or research experience in a global in-house recruiting team, executive search firm, or multinational organization.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly and compellingly.
  • •Proactive ownership and ability to coordinate efforts across diverse functional groups.
  • •Preference for 5+ years advising and influencing executive leadership and 2+ years recruiting tech or product executive talent.
