Client Consultant

Provide best-in-class client experience and drive sales in the boutique through pre- and post-sales service, including repairs support. Build rapport with prospects and clients, develop customer acumen, and recruit new clients. Present the product and brand stories, manage pricing and repair estimates, and contribute to CRM data collection. Support boutique operations including inventory control, invoicing/report extraction with PCS, and assistance for marketing events under supervision.
