•Own and grow the AI org by leading and scaling teams across AI infrastructure, agent intelligence, and agentic products.
•Set technical direction for production-ready agents that perform on real customer money.
•Recruit, mentor, and retain a world-class team of AI engineers and hire leaders as the org grows.
•Stay deeply technical by contributing to code and architecture, setting standards by example.
•Push forward what agents can do for insurance as the field evolves.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 350,000 annually

•Track record recruiting and scaling teams, growing leaders under you.
