Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, design, and execution of mechanical projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, codes, and standards.
  • •Provide technical expertise in mechanical system design, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • •Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver projects on time and within cost.
  • •Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers; oversee drawings/specifications, lead meetings, and support commissioning/testing/closeout along with HSE initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant mechanical project experience, with 2 years in GCC considered a plus.
  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • •Profound understanding of mechanical engineering principles, codes, and standards for MEP projects.
  • •Expertise in HVAC system design, plumbing layouts, and fire protection systems with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, required for success in this role.
