Manager Breeder - 1st Shift - Monroe NC

Organize and supervise breeder hen and pullet production to ensure the hatchery receives the proper egg quantity and quality each week. Perform egg projections to guide pullet placements and maintain consistent egg supply at the lowest cost. Oversee breeder egg production and supervise technical advisors in bird and grower management, coordinating placement and movement with contract growers while following policies and procedures.
