Manufacturing Specialist, Solar Cells (Starlink)

Manufacture high‑volume solar cell production by operating complex process stations (diffusion furnaces, PECVD, screen printers, firing furnaces) and lead process improvements. You’ll troubleshoot to maintain flow, support yield and OEE initiatives, maintain records, and mentor teammates in a fast-paced, cleanroom environment enabling SpaceX’s Starlink solar manufacturing program.
