Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a safety leader by following safety procedures and promoting a safety-first culture.
  • •Support machine operation of coater and blown film equipment when qualified and as needed to cover absences or vacations.
  • •Maintain resin box inventory, package mill rolls, and manage scrap materials for steady line supply.
  • •Perform housekeeping duties and support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives, including cross-training and flexible assignments.
  • •Support product safety requirements and take on additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.
