  • •Serve as a first-line decision maker to resolve complex customer questions/issues and prevent customer impact, while keeping deal teams informed of material changes and risk.
  • •Manage complex, highly visible commercial customers and services, recommending products to grow relationships across deposits, loans, and specialized verticals.
  • •Provide end-to-end oversight of onboarding and commercial deposit/loan accounts, managing complex features, customer experience, and risk.

Key Requirements
