Own the day-to-day relationship experience for assigned Commercial customers, partnering with Relationship Managers to support onboarding, retention, and growth. Serve as a first-line decision maker for complex questions and issues, keeping deal teams informed of material changes and risk. Oversee end-to-end onboarding of commercial deposit and loan accounts, facilitate complex features, and approve multi-million-dollar transactions and special handling across a diverse commercial portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a first-line decision maker to resolve complex customer questions/issues and prevent customer impact, while keeping deal teams informed of material changes and risk.
•Manage complex, highly visible commercial customers and services, recommending products to grow relationships across deposits, loans, and specialized verticals.
•Provide end-to-end oversight of onboarding and commercial deposit/loan accounts, managing complex features, customer experience, and risk.
•Represent Huntington’s Commercial brand through discreet, positive, forward-thinking communications and “Category of One” customer experience.
•Attend customer and deal team/business segment meetings to stay aligned on customer strategies, relationship plans, and priorities.

Key Requirements

•High school, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professionalism.
•Proficient use of Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently on multiple tasks.
