Ensure safety and quality of user-generated content by performing daily inspections, audits, and guideline/process optimization for an evaluation project. Monitor evaluator quality scores, conduct error analysis and root-cause investigations, and produce data analysis and reports for stakeholders. Localize guidelines, coordinate training schedules for new joiners, and support go-live with key partners while handling sensitive content exposure.
