Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Own Security & IT M&A programs, including diligence assessments, integration scoping/planning/execution, Day 1 readiness, onboarding people and systems, and post-close handoff.
  • ā€¢Partner across Security, IT, Infrastructure, Application, Legal, Privacy, GRC, Corporate Security, and Corporate Development to understand cross-functional requirements and navigate tradeoffs.
  • ā€¢Identify missed dependencies, bottlenecks, duplicated effort, and integration risks by learning partner workflows and addressing root causes.
  • ā€¢Establish scalable frameworks and processes (intake paths, playbooks, onboarding checklists, decision points, and handoff standards) and define success measures.
  • ā€¢Use AI and automation to organize information, surface gaps, improve documentation, route work, track follow-through, and communicate risks and decisions to technical and executive audiences.

Salary: USD 129,600 - 310,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • ā€¢5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs with a proven record of partnership in security, IT, infrastructure, privacy, trust, or technical risk domains.
  • ā€¢Experience carrying programs from an ambiguous starting point through execution and lasting ownership.
  • ā€¢Experience building and getting adoption for new programs, workflows, or operating models, improving results.
  • ā€¢Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (or related areas).
  • ā€¢Experience using AI or automation to improve a workflow and explain what changed, how people adopted it, and where human judgment is still necessary.
