Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely collections from an assigned portfolio of client accounts.
  • •Follow up on outstanding invoices and contact clients via outbound/inbound phone or email to resolve payment issues.
  • •Partner with internal team members and the founding team to review account status and support collection efforts.
  • •Identify and reconcile account discrepancies, billing questions, and payment issues; maintain accurate records of activity and communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience working in AR, billing, collections, or recoveries.
