Treasury Management Sales Manager

Lead and execute the bank’s Treasury Management sales strategy while overseeing Treasury Management Advisors. Drive deposit growth, fee income, and consultative client engagement by managing pipelines across new and existing clients and partnering with Commercial Banking relationship managers for joint calling. Maintain expertise in treasury products, support pricing/proposals, align with product and service/implementation teams on onboarding and client transitions, and track performance metrics including retention and cross-sell penetration.
