Job Summary

Lead and scale Crusoe’s technical recruiting function in a player-coach role. Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of technical recruiters and sourcers while owning full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Infrastructure, AI, Hardware, Product, and other technical orgs. Partner with executive leaders on workforce planning, improve recruiting processes and tooling with Recruiting Operations, and drive KPI-based optimization to meet aggressive hiring goals and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technical recruiters and sourcers while building a culture of accountability and continuous development.
•Own recruiting execution across multiple technical organizations to meet hiring goals while maintaining a high talent bar.
•Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, AI, Product, and executive leadership on hiring priorities and workforce planning.
•Design, implement, and continuously optimize recruiting processes, systems, reporting, and tooling with Recruiting Operations.
•Establish and monitor recruiting KPIs (pipeline health, forecast accuracy, interviewer utilization, recruiter productivity) and coach recruiters on sourcing, assessment, and closing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

•7+ years of technical recruiting experience, including experience leading recruiting teams in a high-growth technology company.
•Proven success managing technical recruiters and/or sourcers while delivering against ambitious hiring goals.
•Experience partnering directly with Engineering and executive leadership on complex technical hiring initiatives.
•Hands-on expertise with applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and sourcing platforms.
•Strong data-driven approach to recruiting metrics, using data to drive operational improvements and business decisions.
