Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and optimize backend systems to improve architecture, fault tolerance, and scalability across critical services.
  • •Build high-availability capabilities, distributed scheduling, data processing, and platform automation including monitoring, observability, alerting, incident response, and root cause analysis.
  • •Analyze production incidents and new business features to plan long-term architectural improvements.
  • •Handle shift responsibility for critical production technical faults affecting payment system services.
  • •Mentor interns on related subjects where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
  • •Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Go, Java, C++, or Python.
  • •Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networking, and databases.
  • •Strong problem-solving ability and an ownership mindset, with clear writing and presentation.
  • •Good cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
