Job Summary

Provide onsite IT support for a federal customer, supporting network/servers and resolving issues through ServiceNow ticketing. Coordinate operations and maintenance, install and troubleshoot equipment, and perform routine system maintenance including OS patching via SCCM. Support telework/home users remotely using VPN/Citrix, handle encryption and device management, assist with cabling and wireless services, and provide on-site training and service desk support.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-call support by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems received via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
•Coordinate and perform operations and/or maintenance activities for networks and servers, including installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment.
•Install operating system patches and upgrades via SCCM Software Center.
•Provide remote support for telework/home users, including ensuring applications work over VPN and/or Citrix.
•Provide onsite support including local cabling, wireless services support, asset inventory and disposal preparation, and assist with video conferencing/audio/video operations and support trends reporting.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 53,040 annually

Key Requirements

•High School with 0-3 years (or commensurate experience).
•US Citizen.
•High degree of technical proficiency.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
•(Preferred) Minimum 6 months’ experience troubleshooting Apple Macintosh software and hardware in a customer service role.
