Job Summary

Lead capital projects for the Oakdale, California manufacturing facility, guiding initiatives from concept through execution and completion. Partner with Operations, Finance, Environment, Health & Safety, and Research, Quality & Innovation teams to deliver projects aligned to business strategy. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, service providers, government agencies, and co-manufacturing partners while managing scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, and reporting. Provide technical leadership to support manufacturing processes and equipment.

•Lead capital projects from concept development through execution and project completion.
•Manage project scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, reporting, and overall performance.
•Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, EHS, Research/Quality & Innovation) to deliver capital investment projects.
•Coordinate work with equipment suppliers, construction contractors, engineering service providers, government agencies, and co-manufacturing partners.
•Lead small design teams (approximately six to eight engineering professionals) and provide technical leadership related to manufacturing processes and equipment.
