Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead capital projects from concept development through execution and project completion.
  • •Manage project scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, reporting, and overall performance.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, EHS, Research/Quality & Innovation) to deliver capital investment projects.
  • •Coordinate work with equipment suppliers, construction contractors, engineering service providers, government agencies, and co-manufacturing partners.
  • •Lead small design teams (approximately six to eight engineering professionals) and provide technical leadership related to manufacturing processes and equipment.
