Job Summary

Support and optimize Oldcastle Infrastructure’s SAP Manufacturing and Engineering (Plan-to-Produce/PTP) enterprise applications, delivering hands-on configuration, security setup, testing, and improvements. Partner with manufacturing, operations, IT, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, drive process optimization, ensure data integrity, and help shape application roadmaps. Own requirements gathering, vendor coordination, dashboards/BI enablement, user training, and occasional travel to Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Manufacturing and Engineering (PTP) enterprise applications using SAP best practices, focusing on issue resolution, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
•Document manufacturing and engineering process flows to support clarity, standardization, and continuous improvement.
•Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Performance Excellence, IT, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, insights, and structure.
•Contribute to roadmap strategy and drive functional/technical design, configuration, testing, and deployment for enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
•Ensure data integrity and enablement through governance controls, dashboarding/BI capabilities, and user training and documentation; travel up to 25%.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years administering cloud-based applications supporting SAP Plan-to-Produce (PTP) with a focus on Clean Core.
•Minimum 5+ years experience with SAP S/4 HANA Fiori applications for utilization, troubleshooting, and enhancement.
•Experience working with IT service platforms (ServiceNow preferred).
•Familiarity with manufacturing scanning solutions (preferred: 2BM, RF Smart, or DSI).
•Strong communication and documentation skills, including process flows, business requirements, test scripts, and training materials.
