•Own and drive user acquisition across major European markets for Tinder, building scalable, performance-focused campaigns
•Develop creative test strategies by collaborating with the design team and sharing campaign results for optimization
•Deliver timely, actionable performance reporting and insights across campaigns
•Champion channel innovation by managing relationships with online marketing partners and testing new campaigns for scale
•Lead and develop two direct reports (Online Manager & Online Executive) and collaborate with global Paid Media & Growth teams

Key Requirements

•6+ years of digital marketing experience and user acquisition across major platforms
•Hands-on expertise with Mobile Measurement Partners (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) and mobile campaign tracking/attribution
•Hands-on experience with key campaigning tools (TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Snapchat, affiliate networks)
•Full funnel/marketing lifecycle experience
•Fluent in English; autonomous, reliable, and able to communicate transparently in a fast-paced, international environment
