Key Responsibilities

  • •Sit with teams in GTM and Operations to learn workflows deeply.
  • •Identify and document the highest-leverage workflow transformations.
  • •Evaluate and build AI tools, agents, automations, and skills tailored to each workflow.
  • •Coach functions through an AI integration journey toward regular transformation and self-sufficiency.
  • •Process map and systematically scale patterns, while documenting and sharing playbooks and transformation projects.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience requiring analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real processes.
  • •Track record of coaching, teaching, or enabling others (formally or informally).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • •Comfort working across multiple domains and work streams simultaneously.
