Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise day-to-day activities per SOPs, holding associates accountable for safety, quality, and productivity.
  • •Coordinate shift activities within the fulfillment center to ensure DC procedure adherence for assigned areas.
  • •Ensure compliance with company and federally mandated regulations including Safety, OSHA, HazMat, and DOT.
  • •Implement training, skill development, and assessments for shift personnel; support performance reviews, corrective actions, and improvement plans.
  • •Monitor production and personnel statistics and lead fulfillment special projects as needed to achieve production objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, business, operations, or a related field, or 2 years of demonstrated managerial experience leading teams.
  • •Prior experience in warehousing, 3PL, distribution, or manufacturing preferred (not required).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to maintain a positive, fast-paced, multi-tasking leadership style; process improvement and professional verbal/written communication skills.
