Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

Serve as the day-to-day client interface for a major, multi-phase hyperscale data center construction program at an active campus site in Abilene, Texas. Own cost plans, budgets, estimates, and monthly forecasts; validate cost inputs across designers, contractors, and vendors; and lead procurement support, change management, cost-control systems, and value-engineering/cost-optimization efforts. Mentor junior team members and ensure compliance with Turner & Townsend business management systems.
