Technical Account Manager (North East)

Own technical relationships with key security-system customers and partners across the North East region. Deliver hands-on product training (online and in-person), run seminars, webinars, and classes, and provide technical consultations on Ajax solutions. Support distributors and dealers with product roadmaps and feature updates, follow up on leads via the CRM portal, and perform competitive market analysis while contributing expert feedback during beta testing.
