Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in planning and construction of co-location data center infrastructure projects, track progress, and manage testing, acceptance, and takeover to ensure smooth delivery.
  • •Operate co-location data center infrastructure to maintain stability, explore optimizations, and improve data center management.
  • •Lead end-to-end change management for high-risk datacenter maintenance to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
  • •Manage data center operational events, reporting, and fault tracking/handling to enhance service capabilities.
  • •Conduct audits and performance reviews of co-location data center providers’ maintenance programs and support data hall fit-outs, including coordination of IT services, power deployment, and cooling infrastructure implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or professional certification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or related facility engineering discipline) with 5+ years of datacenter facility operations experience.
  • •Proven experience implementing facility power redundancy designs (2N, N+1) in production environments.
  • •Deep understanding of cooling redundancy strategies and concurrent maintainability requirements (N+1, N+2) for uninterrupted operations.
  • •Hands-on maintenance experience with critical datacenter mechanical/electrical systems including generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, UPS, and electrical sub-distribution infrastructure.
  • •Strong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail for facility documentation and stakeholder coordination.
