Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports, along with in-depth analytical insights.
  • •Develop high-quality analytical reports and presentations for senior management.
  • •Analyze current business performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • •Ensure accuracy of reporting and performance analysis against historical data and budgets.
  • •Design, track, and optimize key collection KPIs, including Recovery Rate, PTP, Kept PTP, Gross Efficiency, and others.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience as an Analyst in Collections.
  • •Strong SQL skills (including CTEs, window functions, complex queries, and stored procedures).
  • •Experience with Power BI or other BI tools; Python knowledge is a plus.
  • •Willingness to relocate to India; relocation package including visas, flights, and medical insurance.
  • •English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
