Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor end-to-end production activities across assigned factories to ensure alignment with VF quality standards, timelines, and operational expectations.
  • •Assist in risk assessment and pre-production meetings by gathering data, identifying risks, recommending actions, and ensuring brand-standard alignment.
  • •Drive factory adherence to SOPs and product specifications during mass production; track and report core KPIs and escalate as needed.
  • •Take accountability for resolving daily production-related issues (e.g., material delays, low output) with VF functions and factory partners; validate production planning schedules to meet OTP targets.
  • •Support responsible sourcing compliance by verifying corrective action plan completion and assisting implementation of environmental and social programs; support QA with root-cause analysis and CAP reviews.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of the product category within scope, with proven experience in manufacturing processes, materials, and construction methods.
  • •2-3+ years of experience in production operations or technical roles.
  • •Experience working with overseas factories and managing a multi-cultural factory management team.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PLM systems, and production planning tools.
  • •Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal).
