Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and coach a global team of Customer Data Stewards to ensure accountable, high-quality stewardship outcomes.
  • •Own end-to-end customer master data stewardship operations across Reltio, Salesforce, SAP S/4, and other enterprise systems.
  • •Establish and manage stewardship operating models (SLAs, KPIs, decision rights, escalations, workload and resource planning).
  • •Drive customer data quality improvements (completeness, accuracy, consistency, hierarchy integrity, duplication prevention, lifecycle management).
  • •Partner with governance and IT teams to implement standards and deliver business adoption and value realization of the Customer MDM platform, including AI-assisted stewardship capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E/B.Tech/MBA/MCA and 10+ years of experience in data and information operations or online/digital data operations.
  • •Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), including customer data models, hierarchies, lifecycle, and governance execution.
  • •Experience with enterprise MDM platforms, preferably Reltio.
  • •Working knowledge of Salesforce and ERP customer master data processes (SAP S/4 preferred).
  • •Strategic leadership with influence across federated teams and strong stakeholder/executive communication skills.
