Job Summary

Lead and develop Lovable’s Global People Ops function across Sweden, the UK, and the Americas. Own scalable employee lifecycle workflows, payroll/benefits/compliance oversight, and contractor risk, while building audit-ready documentation, controls, reporting, and self-service. Drive HRIS strategy end-to-end (including HiBob), improve data integrity and automation, and help shape an AI-native People Ops model that balances speed, privacy-by-design, and employee trust at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop the Global People Ops team, moving from individual coverage to leader-led, cross-regionally consistent delivery across Sweden, UK, and the Americas.
•Own the employee lifecycle operating model, maintaining scalable workflows across onboarding, job changes, internal mobility, leave, offboarding, and employee data.
•Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance across jurisdictions, building audit-ready documentation, controls, and reporting.
•Own HRIS strategy end-to-end (including HiBob), including integrations, data integrity, automation, access controls, and systems design to support safe AI workflows.
•Design process, playbooks, and self-service workflows, replacing ad hoc operations with documented, intuitive, and (where appropriate) AI-assisted service delivery.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in People/HR Operations, including real experience leading and developing People Ops specialists.
•Experience at an AI-native or fast-scaling tech company, or a clear point of view on running AI-native People Ops.
•Direct experience owning multi-country payroll, benefits, and compliance (Sweden, UK, US experience is a strong plus).
•A track record designing scalable People Ops systems and processes in a high-growth environment, moving from ad hoc to structured.
•Ability to balance speed with rigor, building controls, documentation, quality bars, privacy-by-design, role-based access, and safe AI usage standards.
