Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy R2R control solutions using key process control concepts and advanced E3 software knowledge, maintaining R2R strategies and ensuring compliance with BKMs, BRs, and change management procedures.
  • •Perform statistical data analysis to correlate reduction in variation and improve process capability (Cpk) using SPC charts from R2R deployment.
  • •Meet with customers to identify where R2R controller deployment is needed for new processes, part types, and during product ramp up/down; maintain controller documentation and corrective action guides.
  • •Support WW R2R alignment efforts by sharing bugs and strategy issues, implementing enhancements and fixes in golden controllers/global functions, and testing and deploying new controller versions.
  • •Train and mentor end users by developing and delivering R2R controller training materials and supporting area trainers with updates to R2R theory and implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in science and engineering fields such as Computer Science & Information Engineering, Information Management, Statistics, or Mathematics.
  • •Proficient English and coding experience in Python, SQL, and/or C++.
  • •Basic understanding of semiconductor, memory, and storage technologies.
  • •Familiarity with engineering software and tools.
  • •Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work responsibly to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
