Key Responsibilities

•Become an expert on Samsara products and how IoT hardware, sensors, and cloud solutions converge to modernize essential industries.
•Articulate to prospects how businesses use Samsara today to solve industry challenges, including logistics, safety programs, and asset management.
•Deliver work products that advance deals, including discoveries, demonstrations, value assessments, and proof-of-concept implementations.
•Walk installers through deployment scenarios and explain best practices for installing Samsara products and building deployment plans.
•Write scripts against Samsara’s open API to solve real-world customer problems and document them for the team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelors’ of Science degree from a 4 year accredited university
•2+ years experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, solutions architect, customer success, or customer/product support capacity

•Previous experience managing hardware and/or software product evaluations
•Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
