Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and synthesize them into scalable integration solutions.
  • •Define integration standards, system boundaries, data flows, and design reviews; create reusable libraries and architectural standards.
  • •Build event-driven integrations, APIs, and data pipelines connecting HRIS systems; implement monitoring, logging, and alerting.
  • •Ensure security and compliance across integrations using OAuth 2.0, encryption, and SOX compliance.
  • •Administer and execute enhancements/upgrades for People Technology ecosystems including Workday HCM, Prism, Greenhouse ATS, onboarding, compensation, benefits, time & attendance, and talent management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •5+ years integrating global HCM solutions with demonstrated understanding of People/HR data and automation.
  • •Technical familiarity with HRIS modules (HCM, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Talent), preferably with Workday and/or Greenhouse and ADP.
  • •Fluency in OAuth 2.0 and API security models; understanding security configuration with role/user/job-based security and security groups.
  • •Strong project management to prioritize tasks, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-impact outcomes.
